Engagement Overview We are seeking reliable and capable Sole Trader Labourers to support delivery across our commercial maintenance and construction projects. Contractors will provide labour services on a subcontract basis across a variety of sites and service types, contributing to efficient and qualified project outcomes.

Scope of Services Contractors may be required to assist with general building maintenance and repair works, renovation and remodelling projects, formwork and structural tasks where required, loading and unloading materials, site clean up and preparation, supporting trades including HVAC, electrical and plumbing under direction, and assisting with urgent or emergency maintenance works.

Contractor Requirements Applicants must have a current ABN and White Card. Public Liability Insurance is required and Personal Accident Insurance is recommended. Contractors must supply and maintain their own PPE,



have a strong understanding of construction and maintenance environments, be reliable and qualified, be able to work across commercial sites, and hold a current drivers licence with reliable transport.

Compliance and Engagement This is a genuine independent contractor arrangement in line with the Fair Work Act 2009. All works must comply with the Work Health and Safety Act 2012 and site safety requirements. Contractors are responsible for their own tax, GST, superannuation and insurance, and manage their own availability.
