Melbourne-Based | Basements & Formwork | Full-Time

We are a growing concrete structure company operating across Melbourne, specialising in basements and formwork projects. With a strong pipeline of work, this is an excellent prospect for an energetic, driven individual who wants to build a long-term career in the construction industry while taking on responsibility within a supportive team workplace.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position combining on-site labouring with logistics coordination. You will play a key role in supporting our crews across multiple projects while ensuring materials and equipment are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with basement and formwork construction
General site labouring and clean-up
Loading, unloading and transporting materials
Operating a forklift (when required)
Driving our small manual truck to deliver equipment and materials between sites




Maintaining organised storage and yard areas
Supporting site supervisors with daily tasks

Requirements :
Forklift Licence
Manual Driver’s Licence (required for company truck)
White Card
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Punctual, reliable and safety-focused
