Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit an Events Manager on a 3-month contract with an immediate start. You will own the planning and delivery of a major community event, oversee logistics, timelines, budgets and operational requirements, and manage budgets while leading a small team.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers and partners, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with safety and local government policies.
