You will be interacting with a wide range of customers, providing essential postal, retail, and lottery services while delivering a high standard of customer experience.
[Position Overview]
Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.
Accurately process financial transactions (cash, EFTPOS, credit cards).
Perform a range of identity-related transactions.
Manage lottery sales via the Lottery Terminal.
Assist with mail lodgements and associated services.
Promote products and services through effective merchandising and sales initiatives.
Support inventory control and general administrative duties.
[About You]
Friendly, skilled and reliable with a strong team-oriented approach.
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service and/or cash handling preferred.
Must have no working hour restrictions ( no working limit ).
Physically capable of lifting up to 16kg and standing for extended periods.
Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.5 - 19.5 per week
