Our client, Arrow Bronze is a prominent, leading manufacturer of bronze and aluminium plaques and accessories for the memorial sector. This is an excellent prospect to manage an experienced, stable team motivated by socially purposeful work.

The primary function is effectively fulfilling an order "hand-over" from sales to delivery sequence with cemeteries and memorial parks. Anticipating, resolving and communicating any emerging problems that your accounts may face is fundamental to an effective customer care service.

Your team will manage multiple accounts; especially being "on top of" how orders are progressing through design, planning, production and transport. Challenges exist in maintaining the order schedule to as close as quoted; along the way dealing with interruptions to any of the inputs e.g. unique drawings, materials supply, machine downtime, labour shortage, quality imperfections, cost increases, etc.

Ideally you have gained experience in a service-oriented setting; "where no order is the same." Detail-mindedness and the initiative to contribute to process improvements are expected. Experience with DOS-based and Windows-based software will be advantageous.
