We're looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Fencing Labourer to join our growing team!

M&N; Fencing specializes in residential and commercial fencing, gates and retaining walls working across Greater Melbourne.

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in doing a good job and is willing to learn.

The Role

Your day-to-day duties will include:
Assisting with timber, Colorbond, aluminium and tubular fencing installations.
Assisting with gate and retaining wall installations.
Digging post holes and mixing/pouring concrete.
Loading and unloading materials.
Using hand and power tools.
General site preparation and clean-up.
Maintaining a secure and tidy worksite.

What We're Looking For
Reliable and punctual.




Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
White Card (essential).
Driver's licence (essential) and reliable transport.
Previous construction or fencing experience (preferred, but not essential).
AUS/NZ Citizens or permanent residents.
