Metcash in Mooloolaba, Queensland is seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor to lead a small team in a rapid-paced seafood/food service operation. You will roster staff, oversee stock rotation, and ensure premium customer service while maintaining HACCP compliance.

This full‐time role requires 2–3 years in retail or hospitality food service, robust leadership and communication skills, and availability nights and weekends.
