Dementia Support Australia, based in Osborne Park, is hiring a Dementia Support Coach to work in a national, adaptable hybrid setup. This fixed-term role supports HACDSP and delivers hands-on, evidence-based dementia guidance to clients, carers and care staff.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, travel intrastate and interstate as needed, and use empathy and coaching to improve care outcomes. Qualified allied health credentials are preferred.
