Sandvik Rock Processing Australia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with robust ER/IR expertise for a fixed-term parental leave coverage role from December 2026 to March 2028. You will lead ER/IR matters, advise leaders on workplace issues, and coordinate employee representative meetings across a diverse setting.

You will implement the ER/IR framework and support HR projects while ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws, Enterprise Agreements, and Awards.
