This is a full time, work-from-home position offering the opportunity to work in international travel operations as part of a friendly and supportive team.

Key responsibilities
Liaising with overseas suppliers, hotels, tour operators and local guides to coordinate travel arrangements.
Assisting with tour bookings, confirmations, itinerary updates and operational changes.
Reviewing guests' travel information, including passport, visa and insurance documentation.
Maintaining accurate guest records, tour information and databases.
Preparing and communicating relevant guest information to overseas suppliers.
Assisting with pre-departure documentation and general tour administration.
Supporting the operations team with day-to-day enquiries and coordinating arrangements.
Participating in regular online team meetings and contributing to operational improvements.

About you
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
The ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.




A genuine interest in international travel and different cultures.
Previous experience in travel, tourism or hospitality administration is essential. Recent graduates with relevant industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in a second language, particularly French Spanish or Italian, would be highly regarded.
Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
