PCR Talent on the Gold Coast seeks a Senior/Associate Structural Engineer to lead high-rise, hospitality and commercial projects. You'll influence design direction, mentor engineers and drive project delivery while maintaining hands-on technical involvement.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12+ years, robust RC/PT/steel design knowledge and experience with ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept or SpaceGass, with CPEng regarded.
