IUIH is seeking a Team Lead Trainers and Assessors in Windsor, Queensland. You will lead a team of Trainers and Assessors, oversee day-to-day training operations for EMPOWA Training (the RTO), and mentor staff to deliver culturally responsive learning aligned with industry standards.

Travel across SEQ may be required. The role demands delivery of high-quality assessments, embedding CIIF, reporting to the RTO Manager, and fostering an inclusive, learner-focused workplace that supports
