You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, scheduling, payments, and administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of GP reception experience, proficiency with medical software (Medical Director/Pracsoft desirable), and a dependable, team-oriented attitude.
