Swift Computers is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer – L1/L2 to join our client support team in Sydney, NSW, with operations in Adelaide. You will own end-user tickets, configure workstations, and maintain Windows and Microsoft 365 settings while diagnosing hardware and network issues.

Immediate start in a full time role is required. You will troubleshoot Windows, M365, and peripherals, provide both remote and onsite support, and collaborate with IT staff to ensure high user
