About the Role:

The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead the sales and marketing functions, driving profitable revenue growth, expanding reseller partnerships and strengthening brand positioning.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven sales leader who can coach high-performing teams, develop strategic customer relationships and ensure marketing activity translates into measurable sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth: Deliver revenue and gross profit targets, grow existing accounts and secure recent reseller partnerships.
Customer Relationships: Strengthen reseller engagement, develop account growth plans and increase share of wallet.
Sales Leadership: Lead and coach teams to deliver strategic, value-based customer conversations and measurable results.
Marketing Strategy: Oversee brand positioning, campaigns, product launches and lead generation aligned with sales objectives.
Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, CRM discipline,



forecasting and conversion performance.
Commercial Performance: Establish weekly scorecards, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across both functions.

Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in B2B, wholesale, distribution or commercial environments.
FMCG-Style Pace & Relationship Building: Brings energy, urgency and a results-driven mindset from a quick-paced commercial environment.
Proven track record of profitable sales growth, with a strong focus on gross margin, not just revenue.
Strong sales leadership, coaching and business development capabilities.
Experience in key account management, customer retention and strategic partnerships.
Understanding of marketing strategy, lead generation and sales conversion.
Strong commercial acumen across pricing, forecasting and performance management.
A hands-on, customer-facing approach with the ability to turn market insights into action.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with weekly performance scorecards and transparent accountability.
