I'm partnering with a large, highly regarded organisation in Sydney to recruit an experienced Payroll Team Leader.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a team of four payroll professionals within a complex, high-volume payroll environment, where your technical expertise, leadership skills and ability to solve problems will make a real difference.

$130k–$136k + 17% superannuation + leave loading

Someone who knows payroll inside out, but equally understands that leading a team is about more than allocating work and meeting deadlines.

You'll bring:




Proven experience leading and developing payroll teams
Robust technical Australian payroll knowledge
Experience in complex, high-volume environments
Confidence interpreting Enterprise Agreements
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
The ability to investigate complex payroll issues, improve processes and support your team
