Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver impactful communications for restaurant partners.
Audit and refine content across digital, SMS, and in-tool channels.
Coordinate engagement events such as advisory forums.
Support end-to-end project delivery in communications and experience workstreams.
Partner with sales teams to troubleshoot challenges using data-driven insights.
Leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree minimum.




2+ years of experience in customer communication, engagement, operations, or insights.
Strong written communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets (SQL/QueryBuilder a plus).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
