Manager, Line 1 Assurance | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Lanson Partners is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Manager, Line 1 Assurance on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

We're seeking candidates from Internal Audit, Risk, Controls Assurance, Compliance, or Operational Risk backgrounds with a robust assurance mindset. This role will see you deliver assurance reviews, assess control effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and partner closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Requirements:
5+ years audit, assurance, risk, or controls experience
Solid understanding of risk and control frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving capability
Financial services experience
