Faith Lutheran College in Ipswich is recruiting a Senior School Phase Leader (Wellbeing) to advance student wellbeing and engagement. The role sits within a developing phase-based leadership model and will require collaboration across students, families, teachers and College leaders.

The successful candidate will lead wellbeing initiatives, support behaviour and restorative practices, mentor staff, and use data to inform targeted interventions in a faith-based workplace.
