What You'll Do

Leading by example with exceptional guest service at all times

Ensure standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained

Up keep knowledge of outlet and offerings

Opening/closing the venue.

Train new team members and share your knowledge with the team.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in Food & Beverage, with Bar / Cocktail knowledge a big plus





A natural leader who energises and supports others

A solid communicator with great people skills and a calm, solution-focused mindset

Someone who leads by doing - consistent, reliable, and guest-focused

NSW RSA certified
