Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) IT team is seeking an experienced IT Services Engineer to deliver Level 2 desktop, endpoint and Contemporary Workplace support across RCC’s offices and construction sites. This hands-on role reports to the Head of IT Service Delivery and requires proactive problem-solving.

You will troubleshoot Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, VPN and Citrix, mentor Level 1 analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation.
