Greet and assist patients in a calm, skilled manner Coordinate bookings, referrals, and follow-ups Manage patient records, reports, and billing accurately Support specialists with daily lists and communication with hospitals and GPs Maintain confidentiality and clinic presentation to high standards Assist the Practice Manager with administrative functions, operational efficiency, and implementation of clinic improvements About you
Previous medical reception experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Qualified, efficient, and detail-oriented Knowledge of medical terminology and strong customer service focus About us
