We are looking for a kind, patient and reliable support worker to assist a participant in Southport, QLD.

We're looking for someone mature, gentle and understanding who can build trust gradually and provide calm, consistent support.

Support Duties
Light domestic assistance and basic cleaning
Meal preparation
Shopping and community outings
Accompanying the participant on fishing trips
Providing companionship and emotional support
Encouraging independence at the participant's own pace

What We're Looking For
Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities or mental health conditions is essential
Calm, patient and compassionate personality
Comfortable with quiet settings and long periods of silence
Ability to build trust and introduce activities gradually
Reliable and committed to regular ongoing shifts
Mature approach and solid communication skills
