A role has now come available for an experienced contract administrator to work as part of a team reporting directly to the General Manager.
The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or diploma and at least two years of relevant work experience, as well as an interest in pursuing commercial management opportunities in the future.
You must be able to draft and review contracts and where necessary to vary terms and conditions.
Prepare, interpret, maintain, review and negotiate contracts and contract variations on behalf of organisations.

reviews and negotiates contracts and contract variations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and laws and regulations
Reviews insurance requirements
Resolves contract-related enquiries and issues
Manages and maintains paperwork associated with contracts
Oversees work by contractors and reports on variations to work orders
Manages contract renewals, extensions and terminations
Prepares and reviews organisational activity submissions and reports
Transparent Communication skills
Able to produce and assess progress claims to clients and subbies
Able to work in a busy environment
Organised and Methodical
Able to start and finish a task in a timely manner
Able to communicate scope and produce ongoing marked up contract renewals and docs to project site team and office team

On offer is an excellent salary of $95,000 plus Superannuation.
