Indian Cook / Chef – Curry & Tandoor | Touch of India, Westfield Chermside

Start immediately. We're a busy, well-established Indian restaurant group with stores across Brisbane, and we're looking for a Curry and Tandoor Cook/Chef to join our Chermside kitchen.

What we offer:
AU$75,000 – AU$90,000 per year + super (based on experience)
Full time, part time or casual hours
Daytime shifts (store hours 10am – 5:30pm, Thursdays until 9pm), including weekends
Staff meals
Supportive team and room to grow with our group

What you'll do:
Cook authentic Indian curries, gravies, rice and tandoori dishes
Make fresh naan, roti and breads in the tandoor
Keep quality and speed up during busy service
Prep, stock rotation and keeping the kitchen clean




Follow food safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for:
At least 1 year's experience as a cook or chef
Experience with a tandoor oven and Indian curry cooking
Reliable, hard-working team player
Full Australian work rights (visa sponsorship not offered)
Live in Brisbane and able to get to Westfield Chermside
