Adaluma Consulting is recruiting on behalf of Slaters Contracting for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their growing team.

With projects spanning earthworks, retaining walls and civil construction, this role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to grow with the business.

The role

You’ll oversee multiple crews and projects, coordinating day-to-day site activity and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing clear direction and support to site crews.
Planning workloads and coordinating labour, plant and materials.
Monitoring project progress, timelines and workmanship.
Resolving site issues and keeping work moving.
Maintaining clear communication with crews, contractors and management.

About you





You bring extensive experience in earthworks, retaining walls and civil construction, along with the practical knowledge to make sound decisions on site.

You’re organised, approachable and confident managing multiple crews and competing priorities. You take pride in quality work and understand the value of clear direction, positive planning and a reliable team.
