We are looking for an Apprentice chef who is enthusiastic and passionate about food and shows a robust willingness to learn all things cooking and produce related.

As an Apprentice Chef at Blu Salt Group you will rotate and learn every section in the kitchen. Learn in a fast paced, high volume and modern environment. Gain experience in one of Mornington's premium locations.

Key Duties
Assist with organising & preparing food
Use methods of cookery as shown by the Chef and through formal studies
Assist food production as directed by the Chef
Actively observe, learn and practice commercial cookery as per requirements of apprenticeship

The Person
Experienced Kitchen Hands encouraged to apply
2nd or 3rd Year apprentices also considered
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive & skilled manner




Team player & able to work autonomously
The ability to take direction and a keen learner
