Summary:

The Centre Leader will oversee the daily operations of our freshly renovated community childcare centre facility in Brunswick West, Victoria, ensuring a high standard of quality, compliance in early childhood education and care. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive learning environment and driving the strategic vision of the centre, aligning with our commitment to excellence in early education.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the centre's operations, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
Develop and implement effective rostering system that will support staff and help maintain daily routine effectively.
Supervise and support staff, fostering professional development and a team-oriented team environment.
Engage with children and parents to promote a positive educational experience and address any concerns.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.




Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the sustainability of the centre.
Cultivate partnerships with local businesses and community organisations to enhance connection and opportunities.

Qualifications:
Advance Diploma in Management or Diploma in ECEC or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in an educational or training environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Robust understanding of educational policies and practices in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using educational technology and management software.
