Bar Luca is on the hunt for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team!

We're a rapid-paced, high-volume burger restaurant in the heart of Sydney CBD, and we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

THE ROLE
Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
Keeping the kitchen, wash-up area and equipment clean and organised
Assisting with basic food preparation
Cleaning and sanitising benches, floors and workstations
Managing rubbish and maintaining general kitchen hygiene
Supporting the chefs with day-to-day kitchen duties
Following food safety and hygiene procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A reliable, punctual and hardworking team player
Someone who can work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed




Good attention to cleanliness and organisation
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
