Fulltime position: 38 hours per week Annual salary: $80,000 Location: Epping NSW 2121

About Us Our Cafe is a busy, up-to-date café located in the heart of Epping, serving highquality meals and specialty ONA coffee. We are seeking a fulltime Chef to join our kitchen team and support our growing customer base.

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Chef who can manage daily food preparation, maintain high standards of food quality, and contribute to menu development.

The role requires someone who can work independently and as part of a small team in a fastpaced setting.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present highquality dishes across breakfast and lunch service
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including stock control and ordering
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times




Assist with menu planning and seasonal dish development
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
Monitor wastage and contribute to costcontrol measures

Skills & Experience Required
Minimum Diploma of Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent
At least 1 year experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen

Key Skills
Strong knowledge of modern Australian café cuisine
Ability to work efficiently during peak service periods
Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Robust communication and teamwork skills
