Physio Cure, Elwood | Physio First, Beaumaris

Focus on individual patient care in Melbourne’s bayside suburbs, with supportive clinic administration handling bookings, billing and calls. Our Elwood clinic is inside Medical One, with GPs, nurses and other allied health professionals nearby.

Physio Cure and Physio First are seeking physiotherapists for contractor roles at Elwood and Beaumaris. We are particularly interested in clinicians who enjoy managing a musculoskeletal caseload, combining sound clinical reasoning with hands-on treatment and active rehabilitation.

Remuneration

This is a contractor chance.

Remuneration discussed at interview, based on experience and the agreed role.

The payment arrangements and full engagement terms will be agreed in writing before commencement. Earnings depend on the clinical work completed and fees collected; no fixed annual income is guaranteed.

The chance
Work in an established physiotherapy practice in Melbourne’s bayside suburbs.
Discuss prospects at Elwood, Beaumaris or across both clinics, according to availability and clinic needs.
Provide one-to-one care for musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.




Develop individual treatment plans combining appropriate hands-on care, exercise and patient education.
Bring your clinical interests and strengths to a physiotherapy-focused team.

Your role
Assess patients thoroughly and develop evidence-informed treatment plans.
Monitor progress and help patients work towards meaningful functional goals.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and communicate appropriately with referring practitioners.
Manage your caseload professionally, including follow-up, clinical communication and continuity of care.

About you
A recognised physiotherapy qualification and current Ahpra registration.
Appropriate Australian work rights and professional indemnity insurance.
Strong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills.
Commitment to ethical, patient-centred care within competence.
Experienced private-practice physiotherapists are encouraged to apply.
New graduates may also express interest; suitability depends on clinical support available for the proposed role.
