About the role

As the Operations Manager at Orange Buslines, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our bus services in Orange, NSW. This full-time position will see you manage a team of specialists to ensure our transport operations run smoothly and meet the needs of our customers.

What you'll be doing
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our bus services, including scheduling, fleet management, and driver supervision
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Manage and motivate a team of bus drivers, and other operational staff
Analyse operational data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and safety standards
Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making process
Ensure all shifts, charters and any changes are entered into the Shift & Rosters System in a timely manner
Management of Charters with enquiries, bookings and service delivery

What we're looking for
Proven experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the transport or logistics industry
Solid leadership and people management skills,



with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
Thorough understanding of transport regulations and safety standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
MR, HR licence (Preferred)
Drivers Authority (Perferred or willing to get one)
