Job Overview

We are seeking a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista to set the tone for our guests' mornings. You are passionate about specialty coffee, take pride in your extractions and milk texturing, and can juggle making exceptional drinks while delivering friendly, genuine customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Crafting: Dial in espresso grinders, pull balanced shots, and steam silky microfoam to craft a full range of specialty coffee and tea drinks.

Customer Connection: Greet regulars and current guests alike, take orders accurately, guide customers through our menu, and process payments via the POS system.

Bar Maintenance: Keep the espresso machine, grinders, and service station impeccably clean and stocked throughout your shift.

Display & Light Prep:



Restock retail coffee beans, merchandise, and food display cases (pastries, Cakes).

Speed & Quality Balance: Maintain consistent beverage standards and friendly communication even during high-pressure weekend rushes.

Qualifications & Requirements

1+ years of experience working as a barista in a specialty coffee shop or busy café.

Solid foundational knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and basic latte art.

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Availability for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $26.44 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45.0 per week
