We are looking for a part time chef to join our kitchen in St Kilda. You'll cook breakfast and lunch to our recipe and presentation standards, run a section of the kitchen during busy service, and help keep prep, stock and ordering on track. Food safety, hygiene and closing duties are part of the job too. We're looking for someone with experience cooking in a busy cafe or restaurant, solid knife skills and a valuable grasp of food safety. You'll need to stay calm under pressure, be reliable, and be available on weekends.
