Role Overview:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Our client requires daily living activities, community participation ensuring dignity and respect in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Support clients independence and daily routines
Supporting participate in local community activities

Requirements:
Relevant experience in disability support or a related field.




Cert III or IV in Disability Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred).
NDIS Worker Screening Check & First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, patient, and adaptable approach to care.

Weekday: $37.40
Saturday: $52.60
Sunday: $67.60
Public Holidays: $87.50
