Dockhands | AM & PM Shifts | Arundel

We’re currently looking for reliable Dockhands to join a busy freight and logistics operation based in Arundel. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in a quick-paced warehouse with consistent, ongoing hours.
Great for previous container crew workers or staff with physical backgrounds in sport or labouring
Pay $40.60 per hour, additional penalties depending on shift
AM Shift 6am - 6:30am starts / PM Shift 2pm starts
Guaranteed Monday to Friday shifts, with 6 - 8 hours per day (Hours are determined by daily freight levels)
High potential for overtime during peak periods
Weekly rosters

What You’ll Be Doing:
Unloading parcels (1kg–30kg) from Trailers individually
Placing freight onto conveyor belts for sorting
Scanning, sorting, stacking, and wrapping freight
Working in a repetitive, high-volume setting




Maintaining a steady pace to meet daily targets
Rotating across different warehouse duties once trained

What We’re Looking For:
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling
Previous container unloading experience
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Team player with valuable attention to detail
Able to pass a pre-employment medical
Full working rights in Australia
Reliable transport
