Diploma Educator – Penrith, NSW

We are partnering with an exceptional childcare service in Penrith, NSW, seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator to join their welcoming and skilled team. This centre prides itself on providing a warm, engaging, and inclusive workplace where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

About the Role

As a Diploma Educator, you will work closely with a team of dedicated early childhood professionals to deliver high-quality educational programs that inspire curiosity, creativity, and development in every child. You will play a key role in creating secure, stimulating, and supportive learning spaces, building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Support the emotional, physical,



and cognitive development of children through play-based learning.
Foster strong, respectful partnerships with families and the local community.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Collaborate with the centre’s leadership and fellow educators to maintain a positive and professional team culture.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to children’s learning documentation and portfolios.

About You
Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates.
Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passionate about early education and committed to creating positive outcomes for children.
