Mantra Hobart is looking for friendly, reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionists / Guest Service Agents to join our team.

We have multiple casual positions available and are seeking people who are available to start immediately and can provide consistent, reliable availability across a range of shifts.

About the Role

As a Front Desk Receptionist / Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to our guests and assisting with the smooth operation of the hotel front desk.

Your duties will include:
Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in and check-out
Handling guest enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Managing reservations and bookings
Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Assisting guests with requests and resolving issues professionally
Providing information about the hotel, local area and facilities
Working closely with other hotel departments to ensure a positive guest experience
Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area

Previous hotel or reception experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidates.
