Support Worker – Gold Coast (Casual)

Heart-Led Support is looking for a casual Support Worker to join our team on the Gold Coast.

This is a casual role supporting an NDIS participant in the community, with the option to move to a permanent part-time (PPT) position once established.

What you'll do:
Provide person-centred support in line with the participant's NDIS plan
Assist with community access and daily activities
Personal care support
Build genuine rapport and support independence

What you'll need:
Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
A bit of grit and valuable problem-solving skills
Personal care experience highly regarded
Open communication and coachability




Robust communication skills and a flexible, reliable approach
