Commercial Cook / Commercial Chef

Perth Recruitment Services is currently seeking an experienced Cook or Commercial Chef to work in a hospital located in the Western Suburbs.
Rotational roster of 5am – 1.30pm shifts and 9.30am – 6.00pm shifts.
Will be expected to work some weekends.
Duties Include:
Bulk food preparation
Following set menus
Maintaining hygienic practices and adhering to food safety standards
Preparing meals according to dietary and allergy requirements
Assisting in menu development
Essential Requirements:
Full availability, including weekends
Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. hospital, aged care, or commercial cookery)
Immediate availability
Full working rights in Australia
Completion of Food Safety Supervisor Training Course
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
