Shift Supervisor | Motel Mezza, Wyong

Motel Mezza is a Middle Eastern restaurant and bar in Wyong, and home to the Mezza Music Room. We're growing it into the Central Coast's local venue for jazz, funk and soul. We're part of Meraki Group, a collective of hospitality venues.

We're looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor, reporting to the General Manager and venue owner.

What you'll do
Run and supervise service from open to close
Supervise the front of house team across floor and bar
Handle cash out and close procedures

What you'll bring
At least [2] years supervising in a restaurant or bar
Current NSW RSA
Confidence running a busy floor and a team
Solid food and beverage knowledge, or a real appetite to learn ours
Availability across nights and weekends, including Thursdays and [Friday/Saturday]
Calm under pressure and positive with people, guests and crew alike
