Meat preparation - cut, trim, debone into primary and secondary cuts Product processing - sausages, marinades, delights and pastry goods Customer service - cash register, customer enquiries, wholesale deliveries, cooking methods and suggestions Safety and hygiene - cleaning, sanitizing, keeping work areas transparent Inventory management - product rotation, monitoring stock levels, backroom organization Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
