At Silkstone State School P&C; OSHC, we're looking for passionate and enthusiastic part time Educators and an Educational Leader to join our vibrant team!

What You'll Be Doing

As an Educator, you'll:
Help design and deliver fun, engaging, child-led activities
Support children's wellbeing, interests and individual needs
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Bring your creativity, interests and ideas to our program
Assist with daily routines, food service and program documentation
Join in the fun of Vacation Care excursions and activities

As our Educational Leader, you'll:
Plan and oversee engaging, inclusive educational programs
Mentor educators and support their professional development
Lead reflective practice and continuous program improvement
Foster connections with families, community and allied health professionals

About You:

We're looking for people who are caring, creative, reliable and passionate about making a difference in children's lives.

What You'll Need:
Educators: Certificate III or higher in a relevant child-related field (see ACECQA)
Educational Leader: Relevant Diploma or higher and at least two years' leadership experience
Current Paid Queensland Blue Card
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, or willingness to obtain
Understanding of the NQF, MTOP and EYLF
