About the role

Wangaratta Gateway is seeking motivated individuals to join our busy hospitality team in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment. As a well-established, award-winning hotel in the heart of Wangaratta, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities
Providing friendly and professional food and beverage service
Taking orders and serving food and drinks
Assisting with restaurant, bar, conference and function service
Setting up and clearing tables
Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience

About you
A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Reliability, enthusiasm and a solid work ethic
The ability to work well as part of a team




Availability to work weekends is essential
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings
Previous food and beverage experience is an advantage, but not essential
A current RSA certificate is highly regarded
