Toll is seeking a Customer Service Centre Consultant to join our Government & Defence team in Brisbane. This role focuses on assisting ADF Members and corporate/government clients with relocation enquiries via phone, SMS and email, in a high-volume setting.

The successful candidate will work on a rotating roster between 7.00am and 9.00pm, Monday to Friday, with the option to perform duties remotely as required. We value empathy, robust communication, and a proactive, customer-first approach.
