Medical Receptionist/Secretary at a private cardiology clinic in Sunnybank specialising in non-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing. The role supports multiple testing rooms and cardiologists from a busy 3 chair front desk between 8am and 5pm weekdays.
Key responsibilities
Scheduling appointments, patient billing, accurate maintenance of medical records
Answering phone calls, emails and handling patient enquiries
Prompt and accurate typing of reports using dictation software
General administration duties
Cover other days for holiday/sick relief
About you
Sound knowledge of medical terminology (cardiology) and medical typing experience preferred
Genie software experience preferred
Ability to work independently, take initiative and multitask
Commit to the highest levels of patient care by being friendly,
enthusiastic and qualified at all times

We provide a supportive, secure and friendly work setting while striving to provide a caring and compassionate experience for all of our patients.

Remuneration $35 per hour plus superannuation. Onsite training
Casual position with set hours. Thursdays, Fridays 8am-5pm
Ability to cover other days for holiday/sick relief is essential. View to increase to 3 days in 2027
