WANTED: Casual cleaner for strata complexes.

We specialise in strata cleaning, along with lawn, garden and landscaping services for residential properties and acreage. As a small family-run business, we pride ourselves on exceptional quality, reliable service and genuinely looking after our customers and their properties.

What you’ll do
Clean and present common areas to a high standard – lobby, lifts, corridors, stairwells etc
Maintain the internal and external areas of the buildings. This includes vacuuming stairwells, mopping tiles, cleaning entrance glass and windows and blowing paths etc
Manage the building’s bins – put them out for collection, bring them back in,



and keep bin rooms and bins clean and odor-free
Carry out periodic tasks as scheduled (e.g. detailed cleans)
Report maintenance issues and complete straightforward checklists

About you
Previous cleaning experience in residential strata preferred
High attention to detail and genuine pride in presentation
Reliable, punctual, physically fit and able to work independently
Well-presented and comfortable interacting with residents and building management
Must have a Manual drivers license and own transport
Current Driving record Check (or willing to obtain one)
Australian work rights
TFN Required
