About the role

We are looking for a new Store Manager for our Hornsby store who shares our passion for toys that teach, inspire, educate and spark imagination. This role offers lots of fun, less stress, happy customers and a excellent work/life balance.

Key responsibilities
Lead the team with energy, kindness and a hands-on attitude
Create a magical in-store experience for families, kids, and customers
Keep the store looking its best – bright, tidy and bursting with creativity
Merchandising and store presentation
Support team development and training
Meet basic targets

About you
Previous retail management experience is preferred. You might even be a seasoned retailer already that wants a more relaxed environment, less stress and more fun, treating the store as your own!
A love for children's products, learning through play and excellent customer service
A team first mindset and a warm approachable leadership style




Versatile to work weekends and busy holiday periods
