Our client is an established lender offering finance solutions to business and consumer customers. In this newly created role, you’ll lead their loan documentation, settlements and wholesale lending operations.

You’ll inherit experienced, committed teams with deep knowledge of their work. Your focus will be taking them to the next level: questioning why processes exist, removing what doesn’t add value, and making sure everything sits firmly within policy and risk appetite.

Managing the in-life wholesale portfolio, including repayments, insurance, security and exposure

Driving process improvement and automation in partnership with the Credit & Operations Performance function
Managing escalations and building robust relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Owning operational reporting, risk escalation and compliance with NCCP,

AML/CTF and privacy obligations
