Capability Support Services is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver services across Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounds. The role is adaptable and contractor-based, with primary work from home while supporting clients in homes, schools and communities.

You will conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop PBSPs, monitor progress and provide coaching to families, while ensuring alignment with NDIS requirements. A driver's licence and checks are required; travel is billable.
